Rehab day 2 (Wed)


Today my sore spot is a bit more sore than it was yesterday.   Yesterday I had my first day of Rehab and then went to the gym that night.

At the gym I brought plastic bags to use to add weight to the 25 kg barbell at the gym.  S and I were able to then use a "35 kg" barbell with the added weight along with the 8 kg backpack for our thrusters (front barbell squat to press).

That night I finished my rehab work.

So my sore leg is extra sore now and I have no way of telling if it is from exercise ( I also did a 20 minute HIIT on the stationary cycle) or from stretching.
